Why it’s important to spend some time in nature?

Nature is best healer for any kind of stress and fatigue. In today’s world everyone is busy 😵 and the don’t have enough time to relax and when they have some free time, they only spend it on the internet doing mindless browsing, which doesn’t help much your current situation. On the another hand if you spend your time relaxing in nature 🌿🍃like walking, doing yoga in open or going for hike whatever it can be, it just help you to get soothing experience and when you are back to work you feel more energized and motivated to perform your work tasks.

In contrary if you spend your time just browsing in your free time, you just never have time for your mind to relax and it will be feeling lethargic once you go back to work and you will continue to feel miserable.
